Until I hear some substantive answers to your questions, I will not even consider Mr. Sparacino. Anyone who has worked in local government as much as he has must have definite opinions on
local, regional and national issues. We deserve to know what they are.
I attended the SOCAN Candidate Forum on Climate and Environment last night at the Medford Public Library. The candidates for Congressional District 2, as well as two of the positions for Jackson County Commissioner were invited. None of the 3 Republican candidates, i.e. Cliff Bentz, Rick Dyer or Colleen Roberts showed up. I was particularly impressed with the answers to questions provided by Denise Krause and Joe Yetter. We will be well served if these people are elected.

For clarification, there is a debate scheduled between Randy and Jeff on October 17th on NBC5 News at 6:00.

Until candidates attend debates and forums, perhaps we should call their homes in the evening to hear their views.
